Initiation of Refund Process:
Anurag Jewellers will initiate the refund process once the returned product is received.
The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by its original tags, and include the invoice. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the non-processing of the refund.

The refunded amount will be credited directly to the customer’s account using the same mode through which the transaction was made.
If the original payment mode is not in use (e.g., expired credit/debit card), the refund will be processed through a cheque.
Cheque refunds will only be applicable if the debit/credit card used during the order placement is no longer in use.

For domestic orders where returns are accepted by Anurag Jewellers, a 100% refund will be processed.

For online payments, the refund will be processed within 15-25 working days from the date of receiving the returned product(s) at the Anurag Jewellers warehouse.

For COD orders, the customer can choose the refund method:
If a cancelled cheque is provided with the returned product, the refund will be made within 7-15 working days via online transfer (NEFT).
If no cancelled cheque is provided, the refund will be issued through a cheque sent via courier to the address provided during registration/order placement. This process may take up to 30 working days.

Anurag Jewellers shall not be liable for any delays or issues arising from an incorrect address provided by the customer during the registration or order placement.
